There are three levels in the IFM CarePlan each of which allows you to manage your maintenance budget as you require:
Silver: a basic package that provides warranty cover and call-outs for breakdowns as and when required
Gold: an enhanced package that also provides preventative maintenance calls over the duration of the contract
Platinum: the ultimate package that provides priority response to breakdowns and
fixed costs for the duration of the contract
Most machines are supplied with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, with all parts and labour costs covered for repairs that are covered under the terms of the warranty.
